For beauty and wellness businesses, ask how long the treatment takes, what the price includes and what the cancellation policy is. Sport is part of neighbourhood life in Chile, with five-a-side (baby fútbol) and padel courts rented by the hour (evening slots are the most wanted) and heated pools (piscinas temperadas) open all year; in summer, the strong sun makes sunscreen a must. Gyms charge a joining fee and a monthly or annual plan, and they are busiest early in the morning and after 18:00; before signing, ask about any minimum contract period and whether classes are included.

Opening hours are published for all seven days of the week. The most common schedule is 7:00–22:30. Hours may change on public holidays, at the Fiestas Patrias in September and over Christmas and New Year. As in most holiday destinations, expect longer hours in the high season and shorter ones, or seasonal closures, the rest of the year. The listed phone number is 9 6307 8479. From abroad dial +56 followed by the number. Calling or sending a WhatsApp message ahead is the norm for bookings and appointments.

7500 per entry. Actually pretty good, dumbbells up to 35kg, 2 squat rack area, 1 bench area, plenty of machines and a good amount of treadmills and also stretching area. Opening hours also good, shows that it is up to 1030pm. Staff also looks friendly and welcoming. Members there are also quite nice and willing to share weights.
