Ups Carito es pero salva para comprar

Muy buena atención de la vendedora Melissa Muñoz hoy 08/04/2026. Al ir a la farmacia de la sucursal Av. Eduardo Frei con Gral. E. del Canto 220, Local 5,a eso de las 4:33 pm, me atendió de forma muy atenta y amable. Como sugerencia, falta mucho más stock de marcas como Garnier y L'Oréal en la parte de belleza; quedaba muy poco de ambas marcas, además de faltar variedad en shampoos y otros productos.

Es buena la atención, casi nunca hay más de dos o tres personas, se saca número al ingresar, se abre la puerta hacia la izquierda y al lado derecho están los número de atencionsirmpre hay dos personas muy amables y con mucha información de cada producto, muchas veces, ni siquiera buscan en el computador si hay existencia de algún producto en particular, por q imagino q tienen el inventario en la cabeza, ya q enérgicamente saben donde está y siempre ofrecen una alternativa genérica, una buena atención y un gracias, los productos te dan una bolsa de papel para no andar cargando o enseñando la compra.

Paupérrima atención en Farmacia Magallanes, sucursal sector Andino, hoy 26/07/2025, atención mediodía, me acerqué por primera vez a la sucursal, y en primer lugar la señorita no estaba con uniforme clínico o delantal, no contaba con identificación, sin tener claridad como usuaria estaba siendo atendida por un profesional farmacéutico(a); y al entregar la receta a la señorita, soberbiamente me contesto que no la miraría (la receta) Todo estos puntos no me brindan la confianza suficiente como usuaria del servicio.
