Me inscribí el mes pasado y súper rápida gestión, chicas amables vale la pena esperar. Mis medicamentos muy costoso y acá ni se compara al precio de las grandes farmacias.

Buena gestión, lo que hace que el proceso en general, aunque es largo, no te tome tanto tiempo. Solo detalles como que el espacio donde se compra es bastante pequeño y siempre está lleno de cajas lo que lo hace más pequeño, mientras que el sector donde se ingresan las recetas y se hace los pagos es mucho más grande, siendo que en ese sector es menos utilizado. Un último detalle es que pocas veces te reciben una atención amable, casi todas las veces te atienden con cara de pocos amigos y su trato aunque no grosero, no es agradable.

La farmacia solidaria se visita coordinando la entrega del medicamento por teléfono al menos un día antes. La atención es muy amable. Primero te atienden por una ventanilla y revisan por el sistema tu receta vigente, luego te indican el valor del medicamento que es muy por debajo del comercial. Después te diriges a caja donde cancelas indicando tu nombre. Posteriormente pasas por otra ventanilla a retirar el medicamento. El trámite no dura mucho tiempo. Sólo una vez me tocó hacer fila afuera después de un feriado donde no habían atendido. No hay otros productos a la vista. Por lo que solo he comprado el medicamento por el que voy.

Llegué a las 8:50, y a pesar de que pedí hora me atendieron antes, super rápido. Eso sí había un medicamento que no tenía stock, pero el resto si y super barato. Recomiendo inscribirse por correo si no tiene tiempo de ir, y llegar antes de las 9 para que lo encuentre con menos gente. También llamar por teléfono un día antes para consultar el stock de su medicamento y así no ir en vano.
