Poco personal solo 2 cajeros en temprano alta, más de 30 personas esperando atención, si puede busque otra farmacia

Muy mala atención te insisten en que te vayas y cierran todas las cortinas cuando aún quedan 40 minutos para cerrar tomando el horario que cierran a las 20.30. En call center y en la farmacia del líder me dicen que cierran a las 21.00 solo la de los alamos debe cerrar a las 8 por el unimarc

Espero que corrijan. Habían 2 embarazadas en la fila de 6 personas aprox. El guardia indicó que no había fila preferencial. Al ingresar, hice el reclamo en el libro. Hablamos con quien creo es la encargada de la sucursal, quien nos indicó: "ah, pero no se le nota nada", a lo cual le respondimos que se le pidió al guardia y él sabía que estaba embarazada. No importa si se nota o no el embarazo. Deben cumplir con la legislación y dar acceso preferencial a embarazadas, tercera edad y personas con discapacidad. Ahora, si una persona en estas situaciones no lo requiere es tema de cada uno. Pero si yo lo solicité debieron darme las facilidades. Espero que corrijan.

Dice que abren a las 9:15 y sin embargo se ponen a desayunar y si les preguntas te dicen que no tienen sistema ...horrible atención vayan a otra farmacia mejor está NO ES RECOMENDABLE
