Fui hoy y el horario no coincide sábados y domingos es de 10 am a 6 pm

Me costó un monto llegar a la farmacia, me queda lejos pero el único punto de retiro que tenían. El horario dice que cierran los sábados a las 19:00… llegué a las 18:30 y ya estaba cerrada! Era lo único cerrado en todo el lugar. Cambien la información que entregan o cierren a la hora que corresponde.

Hoy fui a la farmacia ahumada 1 sur 1399 Talca y no me quisieron vender el tercer producto a 1 peso me indicaron que no estaba la promoción vigente le mostré el email qué me enviaron y aun guardo que dice claramente hasta el 27 de octubre 2024 me dijeron que llamará al callcenter y hoy domingo no atiende nadie pésima atención para resolver el problema

Decir que es mala la atención es poco. Fui por un medicamento estaban atendiendo con número, no había nadie más que yo, me hicieron esperar mientras revisaban sus celulares y como si fuera poco de mal modo, no saluda. La persona que me atendió fue muy desagradable, tomo la receta me dijo es tanto, le hago el comentario de que lo había visto recién $4.000 menos y me tiro la receta y se fue simplemente.

Pésima atención, todas llegan tarde, abren a la hora que quieren y más encima llegan chocas las cagás, deberían despedir a todo ese personal y contratar gente joven y competente. No hay como la atención de venezolanos
