Hoy 4 de septiembre de madrugada acudimos por una urgencia respiratoria para comprar Salbutamol con una receta médica extendida por 6 meses (con solo 3 meses de uso). La persona a cargo rechazó la venta argumentando que habían despedido al doctor (no le aparecia en el sistema el nombre del médico), lo cual es insólito e injustificable para negar un medicamento de rescate con una receta legalmente vigente. Cero disposición a entregar una solución en una situación crítica. Pésima atención y nula calidad humana. Además la señora exigiendo la receta física(????? Cuando se le mostro foto y todo

El jefe de turno de hoy viernes 31 de julio no sirve para nada, mostrandole la receta, habiendo enviado antes por correo, me dice que asi no se puede y no me vende medicamento, pareciera que ponen sus propias reglas

45 minutos en una fila donde habían menos de 10 personas adelante de mí, llevando frío y demás increíble que a esta gente les paguen por esto. Les recomiendo buscar alguna farmacia de turno del centro si no quieren perder su tiempo con estos inútiles.
