Best massage I’ve ever had - and I’ve been fortunate to have excellent massages. Ginette was very generous and provided the scheduled 80-minute massage even though I was running late. My back was nothing but knots from weeks of travel, and she released them. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Her space is calm and inviting as is she.

This is hands down the best massage I have ever had in my life. I’ve had several massages in different parts of the world but this truly #1! It was so good that I even came back a year later! The first time was after doing the W trek. I had sprained my knee during the trek and limped for 2 days, so my body was all out of wack. After going to Feel and Face, my body felt so much better. I recommended her to my friend, who got a massage the next day and she also said it was the best. I found myself back in Puerto Natales about a year later and thought to myself, ok was the massage actually THAT good or was it just the fact that it was post-hike? I got another massage before my hike in Torres del Paine and it confirmed that it really is the best place for a massage. She has great intuition and technique. I highly recommend!

Outstanding service! Ginette and Andrea were just lovely. I had a group of 7 that wanted massages and facials and while the place is small they came up with a schedule for all of us to come in over the course of two days for some much needed relaxation. Ginette worked wonders with the deep tissue and hot stones and my skin was simple glowing after the facial. Lovely shop and staff! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much and I’ll make sure to stop in next time we’re in Puerto Natales! Muchas Gracias!

Jeanette is unbelievably good - a real magician! I went after the W-Trek for a hydrating facial and deep tissue massage and it was excellent. My body felt so relaxed and my skin cleared up really quickly. I returned a week later for a lymphatic drainage massage, which was also excellent. Don’t hesitate to visit Feel and Face when you’re in Puerto Natales, especially if you need some pampering after long travel or a big trek. Definitely one of the best massages and facial I have ever had. Thank you ☺️
