Mala atención, ojo con comprar ahí. No lo recomiendo para nada. Primero, no entregan boleta, así que si quieres devolver un producto prácticamente no puedes, porque la persona que atiende se hace la "loca". Además, venden adaptadores americanos a $7.200 PESOS!!!!, cuando en tiendas cercanas como MyShop, a una cuadra, cuestan alrededor de $2.000. Un abuso total en el precio. Y para rematar, la atención es horrible. La persona que atiende trata muy mal y con 0 ganas. Si fuera por mi les dejaria 0 estrellas pésimo!

Lamentable. Muy mala atención, un desgano total de la mujer que está ahí. Por ella no atendería a nadie. Recomiendo a los dueños capacitar a su personal, es una pérdida total en ventas tener alguien con esa actitud en vitrina.

Si bien es una ferretería de barrio tiene bastante variedad de productos que te sacan de apuro con precios bastante razonables, he pasado un par de veces y he encontrado lo que necesito. Buena atención (¡una de esas veces me atendió su dueña, todo excelente!)

Pésima experiencia en este lugar. Desde el inicio, la atención fue pésima: la persona encargada ni siquiera respondió mi saludo y demostró no tener conocimientos básicos de ferretería. Al preguntar por un producto específico, me miró de forma extraña y respondió "No" de manera despectiva, casi burlona, a pesar de que se trataba de un artículo común de ferretería. Además, los precios son excesivos. Pregunté por varios productos y la respuesta fue con evidente desgano. Algunos precios estaban hasta más de un 200% más caros en comparación con otras ferreterías de la zona. Definitivamente, no recomiendo este lugar ni pienso volver.

pésima experiencia, la mujer que atiende no sabe nada de artículos de ferretería, como llaves para wc, cerrajería, etc y cuando se le consulta por precios no los sabe. esta mas pendiente al celular y tiene una actitud hostil, ME PIERDO ESTA FERRETERÍA SIN FALTA
