Peor ferretería de Chile, trabajo en construcción y he tenido varias obras cercanas a esta ferretería, por eso he ido siempre con la esperanza de encontrar lo que busco y de 10 veces que he ido, 9 no lo tienen. Cosas básiquisimas de construcción, rodillos, yeso, tornillos, nada muy rebuscado. Además nunca se sabe el horario, en distintas horas se puede encontrar abierta o cerrada. Finalmente la atención tampoco es buena, los empleados con muy mala cara y extremadamente lentos. Dato: no tanto más lejos está la ferretería El Candado, 23 oriente 7 sur, infinitamente superior.

Perisma atención!! He ido en 3 oportunidades solo porque queda muy cerca de mi casa y siempre está vacío. Pero en todas las oportunidades la atención es pesima, 2 veces me atendió una mujer y hoy me un hombre que con suerte levanta la cara, responde de muy mala forma y practicante te tira la boleta y los productos. Entiendo lo difícil que es encontrar personal para trabajar y me imagino que la intención del dueño de la ferretería es entregar un buen servicio, pero el personal solo aleja a los clientes.

Buena ferreteria, pero muy mala la atención, el joven que atiende, no se sabe si esta aburrido de trabajar ahí o simplemente atiende muy mal. Con esa atención basta que se instale otra ferretería y de seguro su clientela los dejará. Saludos.

Ferreteria de pesima atencion, por un producto que normalmente vale 7 mil , me pedian 14, de verdad un robo. Y para que decir la niña extranjera que tienen en caja, despues de tomarse su cafe, arreglarse sus uñas, recien te atiende
