Arreglen su empaque por favor, si no es ferretería de barrio. Largas esperas para retirar y un solo empaque. No puede uno solo estar despachando un pedido grande mientras alguien que lleva un codo no puede retirar y tiene que estar esperando.

Es un lugar tradicional en Temuco, por su historia y años de trayectoria en la ciudad. La atención es bastante cordial, amigable. El servicio es bueno, aunque tiene algunos detalles en el tiempo de entrega. Fuera de eso es un excelente lugar para comprar insumos, por su variedad. Le doy tres estrellas simplemente porque viví una situación bastante perturbadora. Una persona que me imagino es la encargada del local, se dirigió a sus trabajadores de muy mala forma, fue un momento muy incómodo y no le importó la presencia de clientes, además pienso que no es la forma de dirigirse a las personas que trabajan ahí, que dicho sea de paso, llevo app tres años yendo al mismo lugar a comprar y están ellos. Me parece una falta de respeto, hacia ellos y los clientes que no tienen nada que ver.
