Hay platos que decepcionan… y otros que hacen cuestionarte por qué has comido versiones tan malas toda tu vida. La Lasagna Boloñesa de Firenze en Curicó juega en la primera división. Porque sí, una lasaña puede ser una tragedia: seca, pesada, una mezcla triste de queso cansado y salsa sin alma. Pero acá pasó exactamente lo contrario. Capas bien logradas, salsa boloñesa con sabor de verdad (de esas que parecieran cocinarse sin apuro), una bechamel cremosa sin exagerar y el queso en el punto justo: ese equilibrio glorioso donde todo conversa y nada pelea por protagonismo. Y ojo, porque una buena lasaña no se improvisa. Se nota cuando hay cariño, tiempo y cocina de verdad detrás del plato. Firenze tiene ese equilibrio que cuesta encontrar en Curicó: un espacio agradable, amplio, cómodo, ideal para ir en pareja, con amigos o simplemente darse un gusto sin sentir que te están cobrando un riñón por comer bien. La atención fue muy buena, cercana y atenta, de esas que hacen que la experiencia complete el plato. ¿Y los precios? Bastante razonables para el estándar de restaurantes italianos y no italianos de esta categoría en la ciudad. Veredicto: Si eres team pasta y todavía no prueba
