We turned up today. Found the place super busy. Waited 20 minutes to get served and told that the kitchen was slow. For sure it was Mother’s Day and there were a lot of big groups but surely that could have been anticipated by having more team members at work. We left along with many others.

We love this place and since being in Santiago it became our fun coffee/croissant spot! The pan chocolate is fantastic as well as all the filled croissants. Pizza is amazing and servers are patient and kind with those of us that don't speak Spanish very well.

Hidden gem in Providencia. Great pastries, bread and they carry a selection of (real!!) Italian cheeses. Love their pain au chocolat, best one I’ve had in Santiago. Staff are really friendly and helpful too.
