While in Santiago for a month, we came to this location about 4 times. Staff was extremely accommodating to our needs. Equipment was clean, space well designed with good stations for all your workout needs. Cardio room was big enough that we never experienced difficulties finding machine there. During rush hours, weight lifting section was slightly busy. But everyone was accommodating to share weights and space.

Long term client, returned to renew my subscription The receptionist convinced me not to. Clearly this enterprise has issues with staff motivation. Not the first time I've had poor customer service with this company. But first time ever I've had a staff member actively try to convince a client not to return. If you looking for premium experiences that cater to a diverse crowd, you can find other options.
