This place is a hidden gem. Me and my girlfriend went around the local spots looking for a good dinner and found nothing but high prices, disrespect, and tourist traps. We went to La conception at first, asked if we could have a few drinks to start us off, and we were told “Go next door”. That left a really bad impression, and we started to overthink where to eat dinner until I found this place, Nazca. The second we arrived not only was it clean, energetic, and comfortable but we were met with such good attitude and professionalism from the staff. Our waiter, named Enzo, revived our experience by being a kind gentleman who cared about our simple needs to have a good and delicious dinner. He was so easy to talk to, even though we barely spoke fluent Spanish, we were able to communicate with him and have a nice conversation. He recommended a really good entree, which I am still very happy I took his word. The food was very delicious. The ceviche was my top favorite, and over all the drinks were incredibly bang for your buck if you want a nice buzz (I’m from NYC). Everything here made my night feel valued, and overall am super happy I came here instead of the other places that had

no hay palabras. excelente experiencia. I recommend to any tourist coming through Valparaiso. Our waiter Raul was attentive, kind, and suggested the best damn Risotto i might ever eat. Saludos.

Wonderful dining experience, started with Pisco sours. Delicious, good to savour slowly throughout the meal. We had the mixed ceviche to share with salmon, calamari and octopus. The salmon especially was a delight, tender and almost melting in the mouth. It came with white corn nibs and crunchy bbqd corn. The portion was large, good for sharing. For mains we had arroz con mariscos. Seafood included pescado, pulpo, camarones. Rice had a lobster sauce. Second dish was tuna medallion with four cheese sauce and hammered potatoes. The tuna was cooked perfectly with light sear and pink inside. The sauce and potatoes complemented it well. I had a cappuccino, which was machine made (we were warned), and was bland - the only disappointment to an otherwise excellent dinner. Service was friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing with Latin music.
