Hace unas semanas, pedí sushi y ceviche y noté un fuerte olor a cigarro impregnado en la comida. En ese momento, no le di importancia, pensando: "¿Cómo va a ser que el ceviche venga sazonado con nicotina? Debe ser un error mío." Sin embargo, mi pedido de este sábado ha confirmado que no fue un error, sino una característica del local. Al abrir la bolsa en mi casa, me encontré nuevamente con ese inconfundible perfume a cigarro en todos los productos. Al comentar lo sucedido por WhatsApp, el dueño me indica: • Nadie del personal fuma. • Él, el dueño, sí fuma. • Él no manipula los productos ni prepara el sushi. • Pero sí es la una de las personas que entrega las bolsas a los clientes. Entiendo que el dueño deba tomarse un descanso para fumar, pero la entrega de productos manipulada por la única persona que está fumando anula cualquier esfuerzo de higiene en la cocina. Espero que para futuros pedidos, consideren la implementación de un Guante Anti-Humo o, mejor aún, que la persona que tiene contacto directo con el producto final y el cliente se abstenga de fumar justo antes de la entrega. Debo aclarar que no pudo ser el repartidor ya que siempre pido para retiro.

Solo tengo experiencia delivery, el sushi es muy rico de los mejores en calidad en Chillán, no soy tan fan de los rolls full arroz, el precio es elevado pero lo vale, ojalá tuvieran más promos en servicio de delivery
