I still talk about how this was the best urgent care I have ever received. Went in in the middle of the night with food poisoning. After only a few minutes of waiting I was received to have temperature and blood pressure taken, questioned about my symptoms and after just a few more minutes got an IV to restore electrolytes and deal with my severe nausea. They even gave me a starter kit of medicine to continue my treatment until I could stock up at the pharmacy. All throughout everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and my case was swiftly dealt with. Thank you!

Dr Daniel Gonzalez is an excellent and very competent doctor!!! I am really grateful and thankful to him and to his hospital team who were very kind, friendly, helpful, they treated my dislocated wrist & fracture with full care and attention. Very professional and attentive staff! The doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan.🫶 Great job & Best service 👍🏼

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this feels like a small way to show my appreciation. After an accident in the park, I suffered a severely dislocated knee and was transported to and admitted at Hospital de Puerto Natales. It’s certainly not where anyone hopes to end up while on vacation, but I want to recognize the excellent care I received. Despite the language barrier on my end, every member of the staff—from the nurses to the doctors—was incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and highly competent. I stayed for about 24 hours and can honestly say I have rarely felt so well cared for in a hospital setting. I was in touch with physician friends during my stay, and whenever they suggested an important test or check, I was able to reassure them that it had already been done. That level of thoroughness and professionalism gave me tremendous peace of mind. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone in need.

Went in feeling horrible. Waited a bit (but it was a Sunday). Diagnosed with sinusitis infection by kind and decent English speaking Dr. Alan. Got a shot in my rear from kind assistant Gloria and some prescriptions for antibiotics. Great care for being at the end of the world. Thank you.
