Lo bueno: conseguimos un cuarto matrimonial con baño compartido a 30 mil pesos chilenos la noche, teníamos cocina para preparar comida y estacionamiento privado, además una colcha caliente hay en la cama que nos daba calor en medio del frío, el lugar se ve limpio y ordenado y había agua caliente, la chica Dayerlin fue muy amable. Por mejorar: Se percibió que la dueña o no sabemos si es la administradora del lugar desconfía del turista pues no hay llaves de la puerta de la entrada y cuando pagamos la noche indicó que no le abrían la puerta a nadie después de las 12 de la media noche (nosotros no íbamos a salir esa noche pero es importante mencionarlo para futuros turistas), adicional, el día de la salida nos preguntó varias veces si ya íbamos a salir y aunque le indiqué que le avisaba nos sentimos vigilados, sería bueno mejorar estos aspectos para que el lugar y estadía sea más agradable para el turista.

I stayed 3 nights and i had a good time here. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great, within a walking distance from the supermarket, minimarket, ant the bus station. The people working in the hostel are extremely nice. It is a family business so i felt the cozy family feeling in the property. I would stay here again if i go again to Osorno.

We had a small and cosy double room for one night, and had no issues with the room and shared bathrooms (there were two bathrooms shared between all the guests). The warm shower worked great. We could also access the wifi from our room on the second floor. A shared kitchen is available for guests' use, and was kept very clean and tidy. Each room was also allocated a small plastic container in the kitchen to put our stuff. The owners were friendly and flexible enough to amend our reservation from 2 nights to 1 night when our bus from Santiago was cancelled and we had to delay our arrival. That said, the owners were also very strict about the check-in and check-out timings. At the check-out time at 11am, we were subtly chased out of the premises. We couldn't wait for our afternoon bus in the common area (nor use the kitchen to prepare some sandwiches) because the owners apparently wanted to clean the place before the check-in time at 2pm. So this is something to note if you are leaving the town after the check-out time! Location-wise, the hostal is only 600m away from the bus terminal - very walkable!

We spent a night in the hostal. The owners were friendly an gave us help with information. The hostal is very cosy and you have what you need. I recommend it warmly.
