El hotel es cómodo y no lo evalúo con mejor nota porque si bien está bien ubicado está como escondido y en muchos lados aparece como hotel céntrico siendo que es hotel magia del sur. El baño estaba bien pero la pared tenía hongos así que falta mejorar eso. También falta informar cómo funciona el estacionamiento ya que está fuera del hotel por lo que sales con tus cosas a la calle y debes estar constantemente pidiendo que te abran la puerta del estacionamiento y para las recepcionistas debe ser molesto estar constantemente saliendo abrir. A pesar de estas cosas tienen un buen precio.

Ubicación céntrica, buen aire acondicionado, buen desayuno. Aloje en la habitación 602, todo perfecto exceptuando la ducha , al ser un lugar sin ventilación tiene una "hermosa "colonia de hongos en paredes y cintas antideslizantes . Se pidió desde el primer día reforzar la limpieza, pero no ocurrió ni tampoco otra solucion. La penúltima noche tuve una pésima experiencia , en la habitación del lado ingreso un nuevo huésped y la srta encargada de ese día le informo de manera comparativa que no se podía comer en la habitación ya que los huéspedes del lado( referiendose a nosotros) lo estaban haciendo . Soy una persona que acata las normas pero jamás se me fueron informadas al momento del check in ,mi basura externa siempre fue dejada en bolsas y dentro del basurero del baño. Sin contar que en la tarde no cuentan con servicio a la habitación de comida. Viví un mal momento y eran mis vacaciones !

Staff were unfriendly and overcharged us, they charge foreigners the 19% VAT which is meant to be only charged for Chileans. We later realised that we also got BED BUGS here. That can happen anywhere theoretically, but I think that if more care was shown from the staff here that they would more regularly fumigate the rooms!

It's a good hotel close to the city center. Really nice breakfast, but if you're room is close to the street it is going to be a bid louder.
