So lovely. Individual cabins with stunning views. Staff was super attentive and kind to my 2 and 4 year old. The onsite restaurant was very, very good and they made butter buddies on request for my picky eaters :)

The first thing you notice is that there is no house but a scattering of semi-finished sheds amongst a building site where work goes on all day until very late at night. It is Saturday 23.00 and I can still hear the builders hammering away as their spot-light shines through the paper thin blind of our shed; my plea to Ruth to cease building work was clearly treated with lip-service . Don’t expect any peace over night either, because feral dogs roam the grounds barking at each other through to dawn. The canteen is called Borek but we nicknamed it “Borat” because it is a such a joke: the food was dreary, not all menu options were available and the service was a shambles. Admittedly, we have been spoiled by the universally high standard of Chilean cuisine elsewhere. Despite saying we didn’t want to tip they still added it on! One of our party spent time on a kibbutz and the whole set-up reminded her of her time there; it reminded me of the dire USA school summer camps I worked in during the 1980s. Views are stunning from the hot tub but unlike other places in Chile you have to pay extra to use it. The junior staff are friendly and well-meaning but amateurish. Overall, the Patagonia

What are great place! Everything from the comfort of the beds, the beautiful grounds, the absolutely fantastic restaurant! Ruth the owner and her staff have created an amazing place to start your Patagonia adventure. Thank you!

This was absolutely amazing! The rooms are beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The owner, Ruth is really caring, super nice and has great tips for adventures nearby. Breakfast is rich and of great quality and all of the staff is courteous and super friendly. We also booked the hot tub as an extra, which was quite expensive, but worth every penny. In total: absolutely recommended!
