Hermoso lugar y una vista espectacular recomendable para todo el que queda disfrutar de la naturaleza en forma tranquila y en paz, sector limpio y ordenado, se recomienda ir con buenos zapatos y una buena cantidad de agua y alimentos

Empinado el acceso, pero vale la pena por la hermosa vista. Ojo con la cantidad de resaltos en la via. Portero muy amable.

Es un sector residencial de muy alta plusvalía en el alto de un cerro. hay personal de seguridad permanente en el alto. Hay que acceder por un camino muy empinado desde ruta de la madera.

Para dar un paseo y tomar fotografías, excelente, lindas vistas por un lado el río Bio Bio y por el otro, la laguna chica. Para vivir debe ser muy tranquilo

A mi gusto el mejor Barrio de Concepción, aun sin locomoción pero a la vez sin tráfico ni tacos, con mucha calma y naturaleza.
