Es una lastima que en estos tiempos la atención sea lo más malo que tiene está tienda ,en especial el despacho en bodega, se ve mucha gente y nadie es capaz de preguntar si lo atienden, fui el día sábado y entendí que el único objetivo era cerrar. el administrador/a tiene una tremenda oportunidad de mejorar esta parte con la gente ,muchas veces no es culpa de la gente si no del liderazgo. una lastima para estos tiempos difíciles que tiene el pais y que se den el lujo que puedan tratar de esta forma al cliente.

El teléfono de contacto, solo sirve para escuchar una cantidad de opciones, luego apretas el número del anexo y te cuelgan. Hice muchos intentos distintos días y es siempre lo mismo. Mal servicio de post venta.

Cómo en la mayoría de las ferreterías grandes, la atención al público es deficiente, buenos precios, variedad en materiales de construcción y herramientas. Te hacen los cortes de tu proyecto de madera.

El servicoo de dimensioonado esta muy bien pensado, uno optimiza en la web y envia a cortar. Mande a cortar 14 planchas de terciado, mas de 200 piezas. De las cuales en mi pedido 3 faltaban y otras 20 estaban con medidas erradas por un par de milimetros. Es lamentable que se caigan en algo tan simple como hacer los cortes bien, ques es finalmente la razon por la cual uno acude a este tipo de servicios Editado: He mandado a cortar varios proyectos de remodelación de cocina, y han salido todo súper bien. Me explicaron que si deseo el mínimo error de corte, debo mandar a "corte manual", el cual es un poco más csaro pero ya no tuve el problema de errores milimetricos.
