Yo arrende 1 año con 6 meses un departamento y se demoraron 4 meses en reparar una ventana, luego tuve problemas con el calefon y se tomaron 10 días en instalar uno nuevo, para colmo hace dos meses que entregue el departamento y aun no me devuelven la garantía que tiene un valor de dos meses de arriendo

Arrende un depto con esta inmobiliaria, por 2,5años, jamás me atrase con el pago de canon y los gastos básicos, al momento de entregarlo, mes de mayo, y siendo casi términos de agosto me envían un correo con cargos de gastos de luz y agua, los cuales fueron pagados hasta el día que entregué, además de una mantención de termo de agua caliente el cual es de responsabilidad del dueño, y aún dilatan la devolución del mes de garantía, uno los llama y no contestan y si contestan lo hacen mala forma, como si le estuvieran pidiendo un favor...pésima atención, e impresentable la presentación de cargos al mes de garantía..no recomendable realizar gestiones con esta inmobiliaria..

Hace unos años arrendé un departamento con ellos, en Avenida Argentina, después de un par de meses me cortaron la electricidad, cuando les pedí el número de cliente para poder pagar la cuenta no lo encontraban (supuestamente), estuve más de dos semanas sin electricidad y finalmente “se dieron cuenta” que el departamento estaba “colgado” tenía una instalación ilegal. Tuve que dejar el departamento y pagar una nueva mudanza. A pesar de esto se quedaron con el mes de garantía. Me acordé de esta “anécdota” y pensé en dejar el registro por acá.

Lindo lugar bien iluminado la atención fue muy buena, nos recomendó bien unas ricas pizzas. El precio está bien la calidad muy buena lo recomiendo

Arrendé un departamento a la inmobiliaria y lo entregue en abril de 2016. Estamos a noviembre de 2016 y la inmobiliaria no quiere devolverme el mes de garantía. Inventan cualquier subterfugio con tal de dilatar y no pagar. Solicito devuelvan el dinero correspondiente al mes de garantía.
