AMERICAN FOREIGNERS, READ THIS: I came to Santiago and immediately got the flu... and even worse is that I am only know learning spanish. So it was nearly impossible to look online for somewhere that would accept my passport (instead of a RUT number) and accommodate my lack of spanish. BUT, from the moment I walked in to the time I left, this hospital worked as a team to assist me. I met a woman named Ana Maria who worked a front desk station and also spoke some english. She proceeded to help get my walk-appointment processed with the front desk agents. After this point, a non-english speaking front desk agent assisted me to the next waiting room where she explained by circumstance and what I need. It was no more than 5 minutes later that I was in the examination room with Dr. Ricardo Mora Sobell who spoke some english and was very patient with me in understanding my sickness. He then prescribed me some medicine and I was on my way! On the way out, Ana Maria helped me further by pointing me in a direction of a good pharmacy to visit (apparently many pharmacies have bad reviews and experiences). and just like that, in less than 1.5 hours, I was bad in bed with medicine. We were at IntagraMedica Barcelona yesterday and almost everything worked out very well. The Lady at the entrance welcomed us and we got an appointment within 5 Minutes. After another 5 Min waiting we could already see the doctor. Dr. Ricardo Mora Sobell took his time to explain everything to us. As we are not speaking spanish we were glad to have a doctor who is fluent in english. We got the receipt we needed to get the medicine and could do the testing all within one hour from entering the front door. So in total it was a good experience and we can recommend IntegraMedica Barcelona and especially Dr. Ricardo Mora Sobell!

The attitude of everyone starting from the staff to security is just appalling, a joke. Super rude, unhelpful and discriminatory. Do not come here

the attention of the doctors is horrible. They do not take the time to ask or explain, or for the patient to tell them or explain what is going on. the time of the consultation is very short, in which not all the questions are asked, nor that they examine the patient correctly. The elevators work very badly, almost always you have to wait between five to ten minutes to be able to take an elevator. the self-service modules to buy vouchers or pay for the consultation work badly, the screen sticks or does not recognize the touch (they are touch screens), they almost always run out of paper or it is paper jams and the paper does not come out with the number necessary for the consultation, nor proof of payment. doctors are sometimes late and treat patients poorly because of their delays. If the person wants to pay the bonus or the consultation directly at the cashier, they have to stand in line for approximately 30 minutes and the cashier will treat them in a bad way. It is not recommended to be treated in this place, it is also not recommended that tourists use their travel insurance in this clinic.

They have good technician as well as doctors.
