Todo muy bonito pero la verdad muy mal servicio está ves me toca escribir la verdad el pedido era bonito el que hicimos y a último momento nos entregaron una normal y por el precio de una temática cara y no quisieron devolver el dinero del detalle y nos hicieron esperar más tiempo y por algo improvisado la verdad muy mal 👎👎👎 eso no se hace se me cayó K'APRICIOS

El día lunes 3 hicimos un pedido de una torta para el cumpleaños de mi hermanita con retiro el día sábado 8, les pedimos que dijera “Feliz cumpleaños isabella” y una imagen impresa de isabela de encanto. Todo bien hasta el momento que fuimos a retirar la torta. El mensaje decía “feliz umpleños isaella”, nos la entregaron así y ni siquiera fueron capaces de arreglarlo. Me parece una falta de respeto ya que nosotros pagamos por el servicio 38mil pesos!! , no es un regalo, mínimo arreglarlo, una torta seca y rasca PARA NUNCA MÁS
