My favorite bakery in Santiago. Found this one by accident while looking for another bakery that closed down. Love the bread and quinoa-based granola. My wife and I have been back several times to restock the granola and bread.

Their pastries are absolutely delicious!!! The place is really small but the food is a BIG deal!!!!

This place was a letdown unfortunately. I saw that they had sopaipillas which aren’t very common where I come from, so I walked to the bakery after having lunch nearby. The place is tiny when you walk in, which is fine, but the one woman that was there wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, so we already started out not great. I got six sopaipillas since it was a better price than buying fewer. I got them to go and once I tried them at home I realized that six was six too many. In other words – they were not good. By just the next day they were already quite dry. First and last time with this bakery, as nothing gave me any inspiration to return to try anything else.

Inside is quite tiny but there is so good bread. Everytime i've forgot to take any photos of that. B'cuz all breads are gone quickly with my eager to eat.
