During my stay in Punta Arenas, I had the pleasure of working out at KYR, known primarily for its CrossFit offerings. However, I followed my own workout routine and was delighted to find the gym perfectly equipped with everything I needed, including a bench, pull-up bars, a deadlift area, and a squat rack. The community at this gym is particularly noteworthy; it's tightly knit, friendly, and very welcoming, providing motivation and support. Additionally, the pricing is quite reasonable compared to other gyms in the area, offering great value for the services provided. The gym is also very clean and sanitary, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. Overall, my experience was exceptionally positive, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone, whether they're following a CrossFit program or their own workout regimen.

Espacio acogedor.
