Great burgers, terrible dining experience. We visited after hearing so many good things about La Birra Bar, and I have to admit the burgers absolutely lived up to the hype. They were genuinely delicious and easily some of the best we've had. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience was incredibly frustrating. The restaurant was full when we arrived, which is understandable. What wasn't understandable was their seating system. Instead of waiting in line for a table, they require you to buy something first, and only then do they tell you that it's your responsibility to hunt down an empty table yourself. Nobody manages the seating, nobody reserves a table for you—you literally have to stand around watching other customers finish and rush over to claim a table before someone else does. We were only told this after purchasing an order of fries because the staff initially just said, "You need to buy something first." Once we paid, we asked what to do next, and the answer was simply, "Go find a table." It was an incredibly awkward experience and completely soured the visit. This is one of the BEST burgers I’ve ever had in my life! I got the truffle burger and it was so flavorful and delicious! We went around 16:00 and it wasn’t too crowded. You order at the counter and get a buzzer for when your food is ready. Highly recommend!

Went there with kids, they loved the chicken tenders that were of a huge and delicious portion. My well priced burger premium was incredibly delicious! Totally shocked at how good it was, that it made me look for the restaurant on Google maps to give them a good review

Wow, the burger we had here was out of this world. It’s exactly what one looks for in a cheese burger (we got the golden cheeseburger, double) - the roll was amazing, the beef patties not overwhelmed by any of the toppings, the cheese just perfect. Would recommend if in Santiago.

I went in around noon, and there’s no line yet. You ordered at the counter and they give you a beeper to get your burger when it’s ready. I got the crispy onion burger, it’s caramelized outside and juicy inside. The mayo is bit on the sour side. The sweet potato fries were delicious. Overall it’s a good burger but I wouldn’t wait in line for it.
