Fuimos ayer a celebrar unos cumpleaños y, lamentablemente, esta vez la experiencia fue bastante incómoda. El garzón estuvo excesivamente insistente en que pidiéramos un corte específico de carne, repitiéndolo varias veces hasta hacerlo molesto, en lugar de orientar de manera respetuosa. Lo más desubicado fue que, en medio de la celebración, empezó a pedirnos torta de cumpleaños supuestamente para compartir con sus colegas, lo que nos pareció completamente fuera de lugar. Queremos recalcar que esto fue una situación puntual, ya que hemos ido en otras ocasiones y nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia así. Justamente por eso sorprende aún más que haya pasado. Uno va a celebrar y disfrutar, no a sentirse incómodo o presionado. Ojalá puedan mejorar ese tipo de situaciones.

Toda la comida exquisita! Recomiendo probar la Merluza Austral y la Piña Natural Flambeada, espectacular! El servicio es excelente! Edit: Volví luego de unos meses, ésta vez compartí plato porque no estábamos con tanta hambre, todo lo que hacen a la parrilla es exquisito, comimos un pulpo que estaba espectacular, acompañado por mayonesa y chimichurri. De postre pedimos helado, no era tan rico, el de pistacho solo tenía color verde pero sabor a vainilla, los otros dos sabores eran bastante acertados.

Food was amazing, great variety. Modern and spacious ambience. The best tuna tartare I had in Chile. Excellent cocktails, absolutely recommended!

Me pareció un excelente lugar, con una estética increíble, muy buena ubicación y una atención de primera, realmente los felicito!! Partimos con un pisco sour, bien balanceado, rico, no muy dulce, aunque es cuestión de gustos! Nos trajeron pan caliente, un paté muy sabroso y mantequilla, aquí se cayeron porque venía en envase de plástico, pero es práctico!! Seguimos con un bife de chorizo y papás bravas, realmente exquisito: punto 3/4 jugoso, carne blanda, acompañadas de un chimichurri y las papas, muy ricas!! Comimos rico, lo pasamos bien, y la cuenta fue muy razonable atendidas las ventajas descritas. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar, un lujo!!
