Agree with those saying it is a rip off. I went for an appointment after being quoted on Instagram $136.990 for balayage (already expensive for Santiago). They made me bleach two strands of hair to platinum white before seeing a stylist to test the bleach. Then I see the stylist and he basically just doubled the cost to $220.000. I confirmed two times and sent photos - it is very clear to see my hair and it also picks up bleach easily (my hair is naturally blonde!). I disagreed and walked off now with two platinum blond strands and a wasted hour 😵‍💫 I don’t recommend this place. I can imagine the bleach test is a trick to lock people in.

I felt ripped off. I asked for balayage. I have asian hair. I asked for a quote, i sent them my pic, and they said it was 79,000. Nothing in their messages says that it could increase ( though i expected it) they tried if it will work on my hair, and that’s when they said it was 140,000 (i wasn’t expecting that it would be that much) The back part of my hair was aLready bleached so I went on with it. I showed them pictures of what i wanted, i even said that i wanted the color to be REALLY obvious. I asked them if they could do it, they said they could. My spanish is not the best but i understood most of what they said. WHAT DID I GET AFTER 9 HOURS? Highlights and light hair color. I wish they had been honest or admitted that they didn’t provide the expected service. Go somewhere else, there are many salons in Apumanque Mall.
