Best workshop I had during 8 months traveling South America! Felipe and his team have a great working attitude. Very structured and transparent, give great advises also to save money on jobs that have to be done. Had an amazing impression on their knowledge. All employees are very attentive and solution focussed. Teresa was always available and kept me updated on the progress of the works. Absolutely recommendable!

A couple of days ago we went to Mendelauto with our backpacker van. We got welcomed by Felipe who speaks very good English which made it easy to communicate. He directly made time to help us and had a look at the car. Afterwards he explained us what they needed to do. Also finding parts was not a problem for them. We are so thankful for all the work he and his team did. Any traveller looking for a mechanic in Santiago, don't search any longer, this is your place to be!

Felipe and his mechanics at Medel Auto were so helpful and honest with repairing our camper van. The van was in bad condition and they got it back to new me we are so great full and thankful for their service. They are located in the middle of Díez de Julio so all the parts are at their fingertips so service is very quick if you need parts replaced. The staff are all super friendly and accomodating. We even got to watch the World Cup football in the waiting room. If you need to eat while waiting, there is a great bakery with cheap quality empanadas. Highly recommend the workshop
