Hoy tuve una muy mala esperiencia, fui a retirar unos exámenes que estaban listos el dia de ayer, me tuvieron más de 40 minutos esperando por los exámenes y perdí la hora al médico que me costó mucho conseguir Pésima la atención

Muy mal servicio. Tuvimos que esperar más de 3 horas porque el técnico de resonancia no se presentó y recién después llegó un reemplazo. La falta de organización y el excesivo tiempo de espera hacen que la experiencia sea muy deficiente. No lo recomendaría

me atiendo por tener convenio, pero últimamente el servicio ha empeorado. nunca respetan los horarios, dicen que te llamaron cuando no es así (estando al lado de la puerta), finalmente pierdes las horas por esperar alrededor de 30min para pagar el bono. si no van a habilitar todas las cajas con personal, que entonces pongan máquinas para pagar uno mismo el bono o al menos ponerse presente.

1 hora para que me atiendan solo para pagar, las cajeras con super lentas, se dan un montón de vueltas, están con cada persona más de 15 minutos, cuando ellas solo deben recibir el pago. Nunca había visto un servicio tan lento como éste... Me sale mejor venir a hacer el ayuno aquí con la atención tan lenta

Antes de ir vi los comentarios de espera, llegue 30 minutos antes y daba para largo, pero me levante a consultar y ahi me di cuenta que la persona que recibe es la que tiene que preguntar a que va uno, porque de esa manera la gente se informa bien y no espera tanto y el doctor al que le pediste la hora no cree que llegaste tarde, solucion deberia de haber un totem para registrar la llegada y la gente que atiende debe dar bien la informacion, un 7 la doctora tamara gonzalez, averiguen que pasa antes de decir que es malo, porque con esos comentarios se queda la gente, y el administrador esta para ver eso, porque los comentarios, yo soy administradora y me di cuenta del problema en 1 hora
