Hice un pedido y me llegó incompleto y de mala calidad. Llamé para reclamar y el servicio fue pesimo. Me contestó una mujer que según ella era la “encargada” y no supo dar ninguna solución, ni disculpas pudo pedir y me cortó el teléfono. El pedido eran 5 rolls, recibí 3, con 1 salsa y 1 palillo para comer. Todo pésimo, pésima experiencia.

Pedí por pedidosya, pagué un adicional 9ara envío prioritario, y no solo no es prioritario, sino que se demoran mucho más del rango de tiempo que señala la aplicación. Y no solo eso, sino que además el tiempo se extiende más allá de la estimación inicial.

Horrible experiencia, pedí para el 31 de diciembre puros rolls sin arroz, pagando 8 mil pesos por cada uno. 2 de ellos venían súper mal preparados, sueltos y con poco relleno, una vergüenza considerando que cada bocado cuesta mil pesos, en una de las fotos que acompaño se alcanza a ver el plato entremedio. Inmediatamente intenté contactarme para hacer el reclamo, pero el número de la sucursal de Ñuñoa está desactualizado y no hay cómo comunicarse con alguien para que te atienda. Nada comparado con el local de Providencia.

Realicé una compra vía web para retiro y el tiempo de entrega estimado era de 25 minutos y en el local de José Luis Araneda al llegar a retirar mi pedido (por qué el tiempo de entrega ya se había duplicado) me hacen esperar nuevamente 10 minutos para decirme que mi pedido estaría listo a las 21:00h ( realicé la compra a las 17:00h) por qué "estaba en preparación" le consulte cuál era el error y me indicaron que lo podían preparar "si deseaba" y tardaría otros 15 minutos... Pésimo servicio de principio a fin y la persona poco predispuesta a brindar un servicio cordial.
