Si no ha ido, no vuelva. Es una mala experiencia completa. El notario llega a medio día, los funcionarios atienden con desidia, mala gana, mal educados, extremadamente caro cualquier trámite. Lo mejor es tomarse el tiempo para ir al centro ce Chillán. No sufra.

No cuenta con sala de espera lo que dificulta mucho cuando hace frío ya que hay que esperar en el antejardín a la intemperie. Muy helado y sin comodidades de ningún tipo. Se hace la pega de Notaría,
