La peor notaría de Santiago. No contestan teléfono ni correos. Ejecutivos son muy lentos al atender presencialmente.

Buena experiencia en esta notaria de Santiago Centro... excelentes instalaciones y rápida atención. Me habría gustado llevarme mi trámite notariado en el momento y no tener que esperar el envío por mail.

Engorrosa la atención desde la llegada, se nota desorden dentro de la notaría. Me cobraron $60.000 por un poder amplio, busque el precio por la notaría y pregunte a ellos mismos y nadie me dijo el precio hasta que ya me estaban haciendo firmar los papeles. Lo único que destaco es la atención de la persona que me atendió para el documento, pero nada más.

Lo primero la dirección es errónea, ya no atienden ahí desde el 1 de septiembre de este año. Al llegar a la nueva dirección, siendo las 16:27 horas, me informan en la administración del edificio, que ya no atenderían porque estaban en “reunión”. Encuentro insólito que su horario de atención sea hasta las 17:00 horas y cierren 33 minutos antes. Deberían actualizarlo con la información correcta.

Buen lugar, amplio, cómodo para realizar trámites y firmar documentos. Con buena atención, claro no te acerques a fin de mes (2 días hábiles antes y 3 días hábiles después) que los bancos colapsan las notarías del centro de Santiago, el resto estarás tranquilo y solitario. Costos acorde al mercado, pero en un lugar seguro y con buena presencia.
