The absolute worst notary experience I've had in five years in Chile. No number-taking system, tiny waiting room with a pathetic amount of seating for the 70+ people crammed into it, only three or four people working the desks. Waited over an hour AFTER paying, with an infant, just to get notarized copies. Avoid at all costs. Exact opposite of customer service.

Not organization at all. People get service as they come in. There is not order and the place is very ran out. No investment in costumer service at all.
