Pésima atención al cliente y tuve que llamar para que me envíen el documento , no recomiendo la notaria.

Pésima atención, fui para hacer una declaración jurada simple y el joven de ahí con moño me atendio pésimo, le mencione que no necesitaba testigos porque era una declaración simple y que en la otra notaria no me lo pedían, y su respuesta fue "anda para allá entonces po" obviamente me fui y claro en la otra notaria no hicieron problema. Pero la forma agresiva y poca ética me parecio horrible, y pase solo ahí porque me quedaba mas cerca ya que estoy embarazada y así evitaba caminar más lejos.

Nadie les pide que reciban a sus clientes con un beso y abrazo pero cambien un poquito la cara de 3 metros y tengan mejor disposición cuando atiendan a las personas,y lo digo por los que atienden en los mesones, por qué dudo mucho que sea de ustedes la notaría con esa actitud. VALLAN A LA NOTARIA DE ENFRENTE se nota arto la diferencia en ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE Y PRECIOS.

Pésima atención, piden papeles que no tienen nada que ver con lo que les solicita, tratan mal al público que va a hacer trámites, deberían capacitar mejor a su personal. Más encima se dejan los documentos que se deben firmar y no los devuelven!! De todas las notarías de Osorno, esta es la peor.
