Entreno actualmente en OneFitness y mí experiencia es fabulosa sobre todo con mi entrenador Bryam, me gusta mucho su profesionalismo y sobre todo la dedicación que tiene en cada entrenamiento. Siempre está pendiente de corregirme la técnica y de que cada ejercicio se realice de la manera correcta, lo que me da mucha seguridad y confianza. Además, me saca el jugo en cada entrenamiento! 😂 Es exigente, pero sabe cómo motivarme para dar siempre un poco más. Es muy simpático y cercano haciendo que entrenar sea mucho más entretenido. Se nota que disfruta lo que hace, tiene mucho conocimiento, energía y realmente se preocupa por el progreso. A esto se suma que el ambiente en general es muy agradable, cómodo y respetuoso. Están todas las máquinas e implementos que se necesitan. Guille es muy buena onda además, así que sin duda, es una experiencia que recomiendo totalmente.
