Das Brot und die Zimtrolle sind unglaublich lecker! Wir waren gestern dort und sind überwältigt vom Geschmack. Gerade wenn man aus Europa kommt und am Reisen ist, ist es nicht so einfach gutes Brot zu finden. Ein Must, wenn man in Coyhaique oder Umgebung ist!

Olive bread!!! Dulce de leche cream pastries wow!! Pizza bread slices next level and the coffee was Devine. What a place. Probably the nicest bakery in Latin America. Loved it. I will be back for more. The staff were super friendly too.

Tuve la oportunidad de comprar dos panes y la focaccia pizza en esta panadería artesanal. Como conocedora de fermentaciones, puedo confirmar con certeza que la masa utilizada es 100% masa madre, algo que no siempre ocurre en otros lugares donde se anuncia lo mismo sin ser real. En este caso, no hay dudas: aquí sí trabajan auténticamente con masa madre. El pan está elaborado de manera impecable, con una cocción interna perfecta y una corteza externa bien lograda. En cuanto a la focaccia pizza, si bien cumplió, esperaba un poco más de intensidad; aun así, se nota un gran potencial en su propuesta. Lo que más destaco es que detrás de cada producto hay un conocimiento profundo, técnica y estudios profesionales que se traducen en calidad. Considero que esta es una de las mejores panaderías de Coyhaique, sin desmerecer a las demás. La recomiendo absolutamente y, desde ya, me declaro cliente frecuente.
