El local es pequeñito y se puede encontrar pastelería y panadería en valores convenientes. Muy bien atendido y la calidad de sus productos recomendables. De fácil acceso y se puede estacionar en los alrededores.

Panadería con una clara fortaleza en su oferta de panificación: la marraqueta y el pan redondo presentan buena miga, corteza coherente y una fermentación controlada que revelan oficio y materia prima de calidad. En ese sentido, el local cumple con creces su promesa como proveedor de panes cotidianos y merece crédito por ello. Sin embargo, la sección de repostería evidencia fallos técnicos que penalizan la experiencia global. En varias preparaciones se perciben cristales de azúcar sin disolver, lo que confiere una sensación granulada en boca; esto sugiere un incorrecto tratamiento del azúcar (pulverización insuficiente o incorporación inoportuna) o una cocción que no amalgama correctamente los componentes. La masa de muchos productos sale excesivamente seca y falta hidratación y elasticidad, resultando en bocados duros y poco placenteros. Las empanadas, si bien correctas en concepto, adolecen de la misma sequedad, lo que disminuye su jugosidad y atractivo. El pan más rico de La Serena, no me importa hacer fila para esperar ese pancito calentito. Vale la pena completamente.

Vivo hace un año en la serena, pero hace poco que concurro mucho a comprar pan , la marraqueta es demasiado rica y crujiente , sus pastelitos muy deliciosos y la atención buena. Eso si se debe hacer fila si vas a una hora en que sale el pan. Todo muy bien
