En barros arana, compré un kuchen de frambuesas, literal en el borde rodeado de frambuesas, pero lo cortas y no tiene nada dentro? Que descriterio de quien hace el kuchen para engañar de esta manera. Por ahorrar un par de frambuesas terminas generando un mal rato y la desconfianza de volver a comprar en el lugar. Poco profesional.

A pesar de ser una excelente panadería y muy buena atención del resto del personal. Me quedo con la mala impresión que deja la cajera que siempre está con mala cara, no tiene educación en saludar a los clientes, se molesta cuando se pregunta precio de productos no etiquetados. Es más recién pase y se rió en mi cara por pedirle amablemente eliminar uno de mis productos de la compra. Y cuando le pregunto que le causa risa, me dice es un procedimiento super engorroso y se sigue riendo burlescamente. Finalmente igual pague el producto que no queria llevar junto al resto de mi compra, para que no se estrese con un procedimiento tan engorroso como me dijo. Admiro a las personas que atienden todo el día clientes y aún le quedan modales para decir buenos días o buenas tardes. Debo también expresar que el caballero que atiende en el local es muy amoroso y servicial. Un mal elemento deja mucho que desear.

El mejor pan de Osorno lejos. Atención 1000/10... Productos Llanquihue a excelente precio. Y variedad de abarrotes, lácteos y licores. Tienen de tooodo!
