Pedí un brazo de reina por una app de pedidos de comida, cuando me llaman para decir que no lo alcanzaron a sacar, le solicité que cancelaran el pedido ya que desde la app no se puede y ellos dicen que no es posible que lo cancelen ellos, muy mal el servicio.

Pedí un PANQUEQUE de chocolate de 15 porciones En el catálogo se explica que es PANQUEQUE. Recibimos un Bizcocho de chocolate. Nos dirigimos al local para reclamar y la explicación fue que ellos CORTABAN el bizcocho para que sea mas delgado y eso lo entendían como panqueque. Entonces no me explico porque no lo aclaran en su catalogo. Una descripción, algo. No, nada. Me siento estafado. El precio no es particularmente barato (38 mil) para que te den un bizcocho. Estoy considerando dirigirme a las autoridades correspondientes por la falta de aclaración. Si se menciona como PANQUEQUE. Debe serlo. La atencion deja que desear. Responden tarde. No vuelvo a pedir

Muy ricas las tortas y dulces q venden, sin duda es un lugar donde siempre vuelvo, aún así la atención de las vendedoras podría mejorar. Pero este verano por las tardes lo encuentro cerrado y me extraña.

Un lugar acogedor, en especial en su atención incluso de su personal interno y sus dueños. Atienden y trabajan con cariño y se nota que les gusta lo que hacen. VARIEDAD: es bueno encontrar con variedad pastelera, ideal para tus antojos o gustos exigentes. UBICACIÓN: está en el mismo centro pero a la vez no tanto, no hay problemas con estacionamiento. ENCARGO:. buen servicio de toma de pedidos o de encargó con días de anticipación. LO MALO:. En realidad no sé si malo, es que desconozco su página web, Instagram o facebook, sería ideal tener su menu y poder hacer pedidos online con delivery incluído.
