Todo objetivo: - Catálogo/Carta: Estética pero mal elaborada y con etiquetas incorrectas respecto las alergias alimentarias, preparé mi pedido en base a eso y al momento de hacer el encargo por whatsapp la información era distinta, tuve que reorganizar todo. - Toma de pedido: La persona que atiende muy poca capacidad de comunicación y muy mala redacción, finalmente es super estresante hacer un pedido. Solamente compré por que no encontré otro lugar con torta vegana sin gluten en viña. Realmente un ChatBot hubiera hecho mejor la labor. - Retiro en tienda: Muy mala actitud la persona que me atendió, desinteresada total, y me pasó la torta sin ofrecer nada en qué llevármela. - Calidad del producto: Pedí una torta hojarasca vegana sin gluten, era poca masa, pero el sabor muy bueno, alcanza a compensar todo el mal rato anterior. - Tamaño del producto: Compré tamaño 8-10 personas, la verdad se me hizo para 8 a todo dar, por el precio ($31.500) esperaba algo más grande. Conclusión: Lo que otorgan no compensa sus precios, mejoren su atención y toma de pedidos, fue súper estresante algo que debió ser simple.

Agradezco que exista este tipo de pastelerías que promuevan lo saludable y utilicen ingredientes de calidad que disfrutqn en cada bocado. Mis más sinceras felicitaciones por el Pie de Limón, estuvo alucinantemente exquisito, la dulzuta y la acidez en su justa medida.

Muy rico todo, lo mejor son los alfajores sin gluten lo mejor para comer saludables y según las necesidades para nuestra salud, además de muy útiles las asesorías nutricionales

What a great place with great and delicious cakes and other sweet stuff without sugar! We were staying at Novotel and discovered it by walking around. Great service and they also have excellent empanadas. Muchas gracias

Estoy muy contenta! La torta estaba exquisita, a mi papa le encanto. Mande a hacer una torta de panqueque naranja, supero mis expectativas al 1000% ya que al ser un producto saludable uno imaginaría que no es tan rico pero me llevé una grata sorpresa además muy buena atención de las chicas ya que me orientaron y me ayudaron para poder hacer el pedido de acuerdo a las enfermedades que tiene mi papa
