Al principio todo bien me llevaban el pedido a domicilio después por no enviar el comprobante de pago el cual si lo había realizado y no revisan la cuenta me dicen que no me van a vender más pan por parte de órdenes del jefe de la panadería lo cual no se le puede negar un producto a un cliente ya que es una empresa que entrega productos al público pésima experiencia y pondré todos mis descargos en el sernac

Buenas tardes ,pedí un brazo de reina hoy en por pedidos ya, resulta que llegó abierto y roto el envase lo recibí así y lo tire a la basura porque comprenderán que así a nadie le gustaría recibir comida. Abierto todo contaminado.

Pésima experiencia, Partiendo por la extranjera que recibe los pedidos en panadería. Luego de esto hago pedido y el pan venía aplastado y húmedo llamo a la extranjera para hacer los descargos correspondientes ya que yo lo necesito para ventas y en las condiciones que venía no servía para los fines y no me dio ninguna solución. Horrible servicio!!

Muy mala experiencia. Primero al entrar no responden a un saludo (2 veces), segundo pido platos de cartón y no me quieren vender, tercero pido detalle de mí compra y no me la dan (tuve que fotografiar el vale interno) y finalmente al retirar los tapaditos me di cuenta que eran sin pasta ni nada, muuy malos y con falta de cariño... Muy decepcionado por la mala actitud y mal producto. En todo momento se me atendió mal, se me respondió pésimo a mis consultas. Lamentabl
