Helped me with a repair - great store!

Generally good store but they get you a new item instead of the one on display that you've tried on. And in my case they packed the wrong t-shirt: same model but short sleeves instead of long. Found out after 2 more days of cycling when I needed a long sleeve shirt... Not ok at this $$$

I recently had to say goodbye to my old Simms wading boots, so I decided to check out the Patagonia store for some new ones. Chris was super helpful in finding the right fit for me, and I have to say, the staff were absolutely wonderful and so patient throughout the whole process! I highly recommend this store.

Very helpful and technically knowledgeable staff. They would educate us as to what is good for our need and what is not. We did not buy as could not get what we wanted. We went again and we were attended as much well as for the first time. They have good collection too and speak English....
