This was more than a lunch. It was a whole experience of flavours and textures! A rollercoaster of colors, excellent presentation and portions. I really loved it! ♡

Our first experience with Nikkei cuisine was at this restaurant, and it was absolutely amazing. Dish after dish surprised us with its incredible flavours and exceptional preparation. Every bite was a delight, and the freshness of the fish was outstanding—it simply melted on the tongue. The staff were incredibly friendly, even though we don't speak Spanish. Thanks to Google Translate, we were able to better understand the unique dishes we were enjoying. They patiently answered every question we had, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is a small and cosy izakaya-style spot, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had an unforgettable dining experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Nikkei cuisine. A must-visit!

I would just fly to Santiago for 1 day just to dine at this best sushi restaurant! I must admit that I underestimated the level of sushi in Chile. I haven't been to any other sushi restaurants in Chile but this super cool authentic restaurant is amazing and I'm in love with this place! Nacho, the head sushi chef, is so knowledgeable and skillful (and good looking lol), and serves sophisticated dishes that you can't really experience here in the US unless you go to those overpriced Japanese owned sushi bars. I would say that the quality of the sea urchin and salmon is better than the ones in Japan. You MUST try their ginger flavored pisco sour. It goes so well with Japanese food. I can't wait to go back to Patagonia sushi❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I hidden izakaya in Santiago! Really small and cozy place with the best home made siu mai I’ve ever tried. Helpful and extremely friendly staff. If you love sushi, you need to go and just put yourself on the chef’s hand and the hidden recommendations that are not in the menu.

Few tables for good food. Good ingredients, nice preparation for a great experience. It,s nikkei style sushi done right. But they have very few tables and reservations are often difficult.
