A pedar de haber pedido hora, me atendieron 1 hora tarde y estuve 5 horas en la peluquería. Había mucha gente y estaban atendiendo a todos al mismo tiempo sin tener los cuidados necesarios. Mi alisado ya a 2 meses casi, ni se nota. Pésimo servicio, no vale lo que cobran.

Habían solo 3 estilistas para más de 7 personas. Me dejaron con el tratamiento más de una hora, y cuando le digo a la mujer que me atendía que llevaba mucho tiempo, hizo un pésimo trabajo: me quemó con el secador, pese a que le dije que estaba muy caliente no le bajó, me peinó tironeandome el pelo, me planchó llegandome a pasar a llevar mi piel y finalizó "peinandome" con un cepillo que en realidad más lo que hizo fue sacarme pelo y de forma descuidada pues para hacerlo ponía el cepillo casi golpeándolo. Se entiende que en fechas de diciembre hay más clientes, sin embargo, eso no tiene que significar que la atención sea peor. Había venido con anterioridad y no fue así, lamentablemente ya no volveré por la pésima atención que recibí.

Pésimo servicio....llamo un sábado a las 10:00 am (hora de apertura del salón)para solicitar hora, me otorgan hora de atención a las 12:00 pm y casi llegando al local me llaman a las 11:45 para decirme que me tenían que suspender la hora porque el estilista no había llegado!!!!. Que irresponsabilidad y profesionalismo más grande demuestran suspendiendo un servicio a última hora y peor aún entregando excusas poco creíbles.

Por lejos la mejor peluquería de Antofagasta 100% recomendable para hombres y mujeres, brindan una atención muy cordial y amable, debido a que es atendida por sus propios dueños. El servicio es espectacular cuentan con profesionales del cabello que entregan una excelente calidad del trabajo. Además felicitar el sistema de agenda de horas ya que así no hay que esperar mucho tiempo, eso se valora, les pongo un 7 sigan así... 👏🏼👏🏼
