Compre una lijadora de banda donde ls especificaciones salían que era de 550W y me entregaron la de 350, respondiendo que es la única que tienen. Sin solución. Lo que aparece en la pagina no coincide con lo que entregan.

El Pernoval es importante en Valparaíso, tiene muy buenas herramientas y es muy surtido, trabaja con las mejores marcas. Pero tiene un gran problema y es la atención, el personal que atiende en el local de Pedro Mott lamentablemente tiene una muy mala actitud descortés y fría, el lector se puede preguntar: ¿Que tiene si es una tienda de herramientas no un spa? Pero todos los que trabajamos con herramientas sabemos que a veces se necesita alguna alternativa o un consejo o la recomendación de una marca de mejor calidad o nueva, pero si te encuentras con un palitroque que lo único que dice es si, no o no se,es un total desagrado. ¿Yo me preguntó? Estas personas no necesitan trabajar o están obligados, ¿tal vez la venta al por mayor es el fuerte de la tienda y el minoreo es solo complementario? Pero algo debe aportar. Bueno espero que esto mejore, por qué es una lata mirarles las caras como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor estos .. ( inserte el garabato más fuerte que se le ocurra al final de esta frase). Gracias por leer esta opinión.

Compré por internet con retiro en tienda, nada indica del tiempo que se demoran en tener listo el pedido por que lo fui a retirar y no estaba listo, la jefa del local con actitud indolente indica que nada puede hacer y le solicitó un compensación por el tiempo perdido, pero dice que no, mala atención, no volveré a comprar , la página tampoco tiene reclamos
