🛠️ Piña Hermanos S.A. (Red MTS) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visité esta sucursal ubicada en el clásico barrio de 10 de Julio. Al ser parte de la red MTS (una de las cadenas de compras más grandes de Chile), uno entra con ciertas expectativas de precios competitivos a nivel mayorista, pero la experiencia final tuvo matices que es importante detallar. La Experiencia de Compra (Visión Comercial): Formato Tradicional: El local combina un estilo de ferretería antigua (con atención de mesón directa) con algunos sectores de exhibición más modernos. Es algo pequeño en su interior, pero funcional. Política de Precios (El punto débil): Fui a comprar como distribuidor y consulté por precio por caja. El vendedor en mesón me aseguró que me respetaría el descuento comprando por unidad. Sin embargo, al momento de pagar y revisar la factura, me cobraron el precio de lista normal, sin ningún descuento. Al final, quedas con la sensación de que manejan precios de "tienda de conveniencia" o gran retail (tipo Homecenter), perdiendo ese atractivo de precio competitivo industrial o mayorista. Pésima atención del vendedor, caja de ventas 1, estaba pegado en el celular cuando llegamos y nos deriva a otra caja a lo cual accedemos pero otra persona le llama la atención y le dice que nos atienda. Nos atendió de malas ganas y diciendo que no hay un producto, siendo que la misma ferretería lo muestran en la misma vitrina, justificando de que no existe
