I can confirm there is a basic free gym at this location. You can walk in right off the street and there’s a weights area to the right and a cardio area to the left. There’s also a (paid) indoor pool area which I think is open to the public at nights. The weights equipment has an eclectic bunch of equipment in various states of repair. The padding on the benches is either non existent or badly torn. The weight plates are a mishmash of weights and shapes. There were a couple of shoulder press machines that worked fine. There were some leg machines which I didn’t use but looked pretty dilapidated. There was a cable station but no handle or bar attachments that I could see. There were a few sets of dumbbells up to about 22.5kg. There were a couple of stretching mats. There was a sketchy looking dip station. I didn’t use the cardio gear but there were 5 treadmills facing a wall and 5 spin bikes. There’s also a rock climbing wall, not sure the arrangements for using that. Anyway, the price was right and you can definitely get an ok workout if you’re creative. There were probably 5 other people in the gym when I was in there at around 10am, one female. Can’t believe the gym facilities are free! Very well equipped. Just one note would be that the treadmill only allows walking (up to 7km/hr)

Excellent facility for people. There are lots of cardio machines, a climbing wall and a separate weights area with lots of dumbells, weights machines and a rack with a few bars. Thank you!!
