When we asked one of the cruise staff for a recommendation to a good cafe/bar/pub in Punta Arenas - the response was - Cafe Pub Colonial…acting on this, following a 4/5 hour walking tour of the city we repaired to Cafe Pub Colonial. We were very happy with the friendly & accommodating staff, excellent craft & special cocktails (Aperol Spritz & Pisco Sour) & great Austral beer selections. Food is basic & good - overall a great way to finish out our day in Punta Arenas! Don’t miss this treat before/boarding your ship!

This is a real super PARTY place. The food is OK, not better than that. But the drinks, the atmosphere and the staff are extremely great! The interior is MAXI style, walls covered with photos and memorabilia from films or sport or music. When the FUN gets going you ask for your favorites artist or songs and the bartenders will play it on the tv screens all over the place. This is a party house, if you are looking for real original party night out this is the place! Enjoy!!!
